are flatly obsolete..

things are simply more complex
FOR US
than they were for our ancestors

everything is inextricably inter-related
the OLD easy answers..
(”the devil made me do it”)
are insufficient
to explain current phenomena
MULTIPLE answers are often called for
SIMPLE SURETY must give way to
COMFORTABLE CONFUSION

there will be no excuse
for lack of preparation
